Graduated from Melbourne University and after residencies at Austin, Royal Children’s Hospital, Mercy Maternity and Horsham Clinic, commenced work at Benalla then at Daylesford.
In 1983, Dr Reid established his own GP practice in Glen Waverley and ran a successful practice over four decades. He loves the continuity of care this long association has allowed.
Earlier this year, Dr Reid decided it was time to work in a team environment and will continue to practice from Appletree as of July 2020.
Dr Reid brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Appletree and has a special interest in Hypnotherapy and Spinal Manipulation.
Outside the clinic, Dr Reid has an active hobby farm, enjoys the thrill of motor sport and water skiing.

Dr Michael De Souza

Graduated in 1990 from Monash University with Honours and has a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Dr. De Souza has worked at various practices from small rural clinics to fast-paced anaesthesiology departments in the UK. Dr. De Souza is a highly respected practitioner, having trained at the Royal Children’s hospital, and the Royal Eye and Ear Hospital. He also understands the importance of educating future doctors actively teaching medical students parallel to his general practice. Michael has many interests in medicine, including practicing travel medicine at local public hospitals.
“I enjoy medicine considerably and am concerned with trying my best for our patients. As long as my health allows, I intend to practice medicine.”

Graduated from Melbourne University in 1981 and has worked at Appletree. For the past four decades. Dr George has a special interest in treating the elderly and complex medical issues, anxiety, depression & postmenopausal women.
Dr Soon Lee

Attained his medical degree and masters of family medicine in Singapore. Upon relocating to Australia in 2005 Dr Lee attained his fellowship for General practice and spent 11 years working at a clinic in Lilydale prior to commencing at Appletree Hill Medical Clinic in 2016. Dr Lee is a highly regarded practitioner with a special interest in Asthma.
Dr Lee’s has comprehensive experience in a wide range of medical issues which has seen him working in hospital units specialising in ophthalmology, decompression sickness, spinal injuries and stroke rehabilitation, A&E, orthopaedics, respiratory medicine, cardiology, intensive care medicine, paediatrics, obstetrics, gynaecology and general medicine. In his down-time Dr Lee enjoys exploring the lovely parks and places of interest in Victoria with his wife and two boys.

Dr Jing Pan is an Australian based health General Practitioner having worked in Ashwood for the past 17 years. Dr Pan decided to join Appletree Hill Medical Centre in September 2025 to continue her love of teaching medical students associated with Monash University.
Dr Pan brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Appletree Hill Medical Centre, with a deep passion for delivering quality healthcare to her patients. Dr Pan has special interests in: Chronic Conditions including Diabetes, Weight Management, IHD, HT, Asthma/COAD, Chronic Pain Management, Osteoporosis, Women’s Health, Children’s Health (Paediatrics), and Skin lesion (Dermatology).
Dr Pan speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese, and enjoys travelling, music, theatre, reading and playing golf in her spare time.

Dr Blair Julien

Dr Blair Julien graduated from Bond University in 2018 and has since gained diverse clinical experience across several reputable hospitals, including Princess Alexandra Hospital, The Alfred, and the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital. During this time, he developed particular expertise in the management of ear, hearing, and balance disorders. Dr Julien has a strong interest in chronic disease management, men’s health, and sexual health. Dr Julien will begin practicing at Appletree Hill in May.
At Appletree Hill Medical Centre, our tenants consists of Independent General Practitioners as well as Allied Health Practitioners. Our tenants are independent health providers and provide care in their expertise.
